Ben joined AAG Associates in 2003 and has pursued his passion for design throughout South Carolina and into Georgia on educational facilities, municipal, healthcare, and commercial projects. He leads each aspect of the design process from project inception, development, production, and execution. As a company principal, Ben manages the firm's solicitations for new commissions, contractual matters, operations, and marketing campaigns. Ben is active in several non-profit organizations including a membership on the Board of Trustees for a local school.
Shane has been with AAG Associates throughout its eighteen year history. Shane has extensive experience in renovation, addition, and new facility construction, managing client expectations during the construction process. As company principal, Shane is involved with each project as it completes final design and construction He also manages contract administration, financial resources, and firm operations.
Anish joined AAG Associates in 2008 as project manager for several of the firm's projects. He has an extensive knowledge of sustainability principals for design, managing the LEED building certification process on several firm projects. Anish is a graduate of UNC Charlotte and utilizes his past experience in institutional facility, multi-family, and commercial buildings on many of AAG's projects.
After a distinguished career in the educational field, Herman joined the AAG Associates team in 2006 in Educational Planning and Business Development. Herman's knowledge of K-12 education is offered to all firm clients to ensure the client's educational and instructional objectives are met. He gained this insight as a teacher, administrator, and award-winning school district Superintendent.
