PROJECT NARRATIVE

New District Stadium Three at Westwood High School is a completely new football stadium complex, seating 6,000 spectators. The complex was carefully positioned on the site to take advantage of the natural topography. The main entry gates, concessions, and services for the HOME side form a plaza are positioned at the top of the grandstands, allowing students and fans to move sequentially from entry, tickets, and concessions to seating. Public facilities and a press box overlook the new football field. A circulation loop around the entire complex allows separate parking and entry for VISITORS while maintaining emergency vehicle access to each portion of the stadium. Large team locker rooms and a storage building frames the end zone.

PROJECT RESULTS
